Jodie Chiou is a Taiwanese-American illustrator, designer, and storyteller based in NYC.  Illustration is her means to explore strange and delightful universes and characters.  She enjoys playing with interesting shapes and expressive perspectives, often drawing upon her dreams, childhood, and culture as inspiration.  Jodie specializes in children’s books, editorial work, and branding and primarily creates with digital tools.

Jodie currently studies at SVA in the MFA Illustration as Visual Essay program.
